Farsite is played in a self-economy Persistent Virtual Universe controlled by the player in a harsh environment.

All items in the game are created by the player materials found by the game. The production of materials requires a Blueprint, Components, a Base, a Planet and some Credit. Components are made from resources that can be found on Asteroids and Planets or can be purchased from other players.

Credits are the main trading currency in the game. Almost all operations in the game require running credits. Credits can be converted into FAR tokens (ERC-20 Ethereum) at any time in the proportion of 1 FAR = 1,000,000 credits. This ratio is encoded in smart contracts and will never change. FAR tokens can be used to receive the corresponding amount of credits in the same proportion.

                                  

Original Blueprints and Credits are unlimited in Boxes that can be purchased in the Store. Limited Edition Boxes contain unique designs that will never be created again.
